We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person that will join and take part in our project work related to bird and their habitat conservation. Bioms team tries to contribute to the conservation of birds and their habitats in Croatia. To achieve this, we run multiple projects that involve research and monitoring of the bird population, development of inter-sector cooperation, and other advocate activities.

Through our work we cooperate with various partners across Croatia, and as we are also members of BirdLife International we also run various international collaborations. We are looking for a new team member who will join in the position of nature conservation associate or junior nature conservation associate and will work on their ow or as a part of a team on:

• Project activities;
• Development of collaboration with relevant bodies;
• Promotion of nature conservation and encouragement of society and individuals to actively participate;
• Field work

Desirable criteria for this role

• Completed university degree, preferably in the field of natural sciences
• Good level of spoken and written English
• B category driving license
• Previous work experience
• Experience in ornithology research
• Previous experience in processing and analysing data related to ornithological research
