Beaver used to be regionally instinct species in Croatia but after reintroduction 20 years ago it dispersed throughout the country. It is not easy to spot beavers in nature since they are mostly nocturnal and crepuscular animals and their activities form surrounding in which they live and leave traces which we can easily see. How to recognize them? Join us on a lecture “Lecture “BEAVER – water`s architect and land`s destroyer” held by Mirna Mazija. The lecture will take place on Thursday, 9^th June 2016, at Biology Department of Faculty of Science, Rooseveltov trg 6, at 6 PM.
