BIOM initiated second lawsuit against Ministry of environment and nature protection. After first lawsuit initiated in January 2013, second one is again an administrative dispute. Disputed act gives green light for wind farm Bila Ploca at Peljesac Peninsula, in the very heart of migration corridor Palagruza, Lastovo, Peljesac.

Earlier in 2011 BIOM gave remarks on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) concerning faulty methodology, data manipulation, faulty data, etc. Later, Ministry issued the act which accepts the EIA. Act is final without appeal possibility so we had to start administrative dispute before Administrative Court.
