Autumn already started and while some birds are on their way to the south, others are already at their destinations. Not all nature is in a standstill during winter. Every Sunday during winter months, when the weather conditions are fine, Zagreb`s waste disposal, Jakuševac is crowded with seagulls, feasting on waste from Zagreb`s households. A group of enthusiasts led by Luka Jurinović is hidden behind a pile of garbage, waiting for cannons to shoot nets on feeding gulls. Find out what attracts ornithologists and bird enthusiasts on cold, Sunday mornings to probably the smelliest part of Zagreb on a lecture held by dr.sc. Luka Jurinović, employee of Croatian Veterinary Institute in Zagreb.
