In November 2013 BIOM institued lawsuit (administrative dispute) against act brought by Ministry of environment and nature protection (MZOIP). Disputed act gives green light for wind farm Udbina 120 MW (second phase). Earlier in 2013 BIOM instituted lawsuit against act which gave green light to phase one of same project. As before, BIOM is trying to prove Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) faulty methodology, biased committee and data manipulation due to obvious conflict of interest, etc.
