In January 2013 BIOM instituted lawsuit (administrative dispute) against act brought by Ministry of environment and nature protection (MZOIP). Disputed act gives green light for wind farm Udbina 120 MW. Earlier in 2012 BIOM gave remarks on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) concerning faulty methodology, biased committee and data manipulation due to obvious conflict of interest, etc. Later, in December 2012 Ministry issued the act which accepts the EIA. Act is final without appeal possibility so we had to start administrative dispute before Administrative Court.
