This spring, Biom Association launched the photography competition “Biodiversity in Focus” to mark 20 years since our founding. As many as 209 photographers took part, turning their lenses towards the richness of the living world around us.
Among the 572 photographs revealing hidden details of nature, magnificent landscapes and moments from the everyday lives of wild species, ten selected works were displayed at an exhibition held to mark our anniversary. For this catalogue, we have selected one photograph by each participating photographer as a reminder of the richness of the natural world we have and need to protect.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the photographers who took part in the competition and for their commitment to protecting nature.
