Project summary
Biom recognized the need for organizational growth to be accompanied by organizational development.
With this project, we are developing sustainable human resource management practices and an organizational culture and structure that supports employee well-being. We are strengthening the capacities of our experts for leadership, collaboration and mentoring through peer-to-peer learning activities, job shadowing, coaching, team retreats and organizational planning. We have hired an organizational development officer who guides the development of human resources and organizational culture. We are collaborating with external experts to adapt the organizational structure to the needs of the organization.
Although this project is focused on our employees and Biom as an organization, our mission to preserve biodiversity and create sustainable policies for nature protection is integrated into the entire process.
